CIBC divident, you won't be able to earn 1% discount, it is damn "up to 1%". And CIBC will pay you 1% discount on the dollar amount you spend beyond 3000.

American Express, it is the same thing plus, the list of retailer accepting AE is at least 20% shorter than Visa/MasterCard

I have the two cards listed above, but I don't like either one compared to PC Mastercard.

Costco, don't know yet.

PC MasterCard, always 1%, but you have to accumulate 10 dollars to spend it. Anyway, it is better than divident card and AE.
