比如2011年递交的SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION.那就应该递交2011 和2010？
有人又说 “the year before you submitted the application” 这里的APPLICATION不是SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION,是IMMIGRATION APPLICATION，所以如果今年2014递交APPLICATION，就应该是2011 和去年2013 的OPTION C。
有人有说 ”the year before you submitted the application“ 这里用的是过去时SUBMITTED，所以应该就是SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION.所以应该递交2011 和2010的OPTION C
