I think there are two ways out.One is that you get H1B. I know it is difficult, but it is not impossible. Plus some employers are flexible if you pay the money yourself and find a good lawyer. Second is that you go to school again to pursue a degree. You will get one year practical training (OPT) in which you can work for someone and give the employer a window to decide whether to sponsor H1B or not. But once your husband gets greencard, your problem is gone. I might have the same situation. BTW, where r u? Hope it helps.
