They are good, I bought LG, don't like the water-saving feature. The water level in the drum is so low thatI can hardly see any water. Not sure if there are models that allow you to choose water level.

I want to buy a new washer and dryer, front load. The prices are around $600 difference between window and no window. Not sure if the set without window is as efficient as the ones with window. Are they quiet enough to be put on the 2nd floor? Thanks.
