A growing firm and because of this growth is looking for someone to join them at the Manager level that still has growth to them as well. Our client has made younger people Partners and would ideally be looking to do the same in the not so distant future from this hire as well. Our client offers up a great work / life balance, the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients all while working with strong professionals in an established yet growing firm.
The ideal candidate for this role would have much of the following :
6+ years of CA firm experience dealing with owner managed clients
2+ years of experience in a Supervisor or Manager capacity
Experience dealing with a variety of sectors of clients
Experience running engagements from start to finish
Strong technical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills

- $90,000 - $105,000
- 4 weeks vacation
- Benefits
- Busy season hours are March 15 - April 30th (50 chargeable hours as week) and during that time frame they do Saturdays 9am to 1pm.
- During the summer they ask everyone to do an extra hour Monday to Thursday and they have Friday afternoons off.
- 10% audit, 40% review, 40% NTR/Tax, 10% other
