Continual review and provide variance analysis.
Ensure controls are in place to correctly report manufacturing performance.
Maintain Item and Bill of Material system management
Monitor and audit inventory to ensure accuracy and control
Support plant operations in reviewing, analyzing and reporting on inventory valuation, inventory transactions, direct and indirect labour, direct material and subcontract costs, and other overhead costs incurred.
Participate, as a part of a cross-functional team in providing inputs and analysis for the preparation of the Annual Budget and the monthly forecasts when required
Provide support and assistance with Bill of Material changes.
Provide financial analysis on Bill of Material change requests.
Provide bi weekly labour reports
Work with manufacturing/engineering/finance to put in place more efficient and accurate procedures.
As part of Finance team participate and assist in period end duties where required.
We require a minimum 2 years of relevant experience and Navision is a great asset.
