We've been investigating the matter as sooky reported similar issue on April 30.
This issue is very concerning.
this happened again 1 minute ago when I was using a Windows 10 PC....usually I use a MacBook and never had this issue

After an extensive research, we believe that this is a false report by AVAST. cootlogix.com is a legit company. Check their "About Us":
