Bachelor degree plus 4 years PM experience .essay ,after PMI approved your request , you can take the test with is 4 hrs long .IBM requests every Manager must have PMP certificate.

thanks for your response1 all of you. Does anybody know the meaning of "licentiatura"? which is in the PMP handbook. It's global equivalent requirement for Chinese bachelor degree.
