It is important to ask the individual departments. My experience tells me that you should ask ETS to send your TOEFL score report to different departments.However, it is likely that some universities have different requirements and thus applicants will only send one score report. It is my opinion that you call the individual departments to make sure about it. If you don't want to make the call, I think you'd better send the score to each department.

再问一句，我有个朋友有牡丹国际VISA卡，他寄TOEFL成绩费和申请学校费可不可以报这个卡的资料直接划账？（以前工商银行的人说要通知他们开通网上支付，不打电话开通能划账吗？）
