一样可以申请degree program吗？我申请windsor他们给我的回信这么写的：we cannot consider you for admiddion to a degree program at this time. You will be considered on a mature student basis only.

windsor的我不知道，york的网站上是这么定义的，我想应该差不多，不过你最好到windsor的网站上确认。
