工作学习 / 求学深造 / 如果有国内工程学士学位，是否可以申请加拿大的第二工程学士学位？Thanks! for example, if I have bachelor degree of mechanical engineering, I want to apply bachelor degree of EE engineering in UT. I heard that UT doesn't allow to do like that, is that right?
