俺家软水器是Kenmore 400系列的，买的时侯听他们介绍说如果3个人用，大概平均10天以上再生一次。可是俺家的这个家伙每7天就再生一次。大多数时间就我一个人，很少洗衣做饭。为什么会这么频繁的再生？还有就是那盐几乎是没有变化，几个月了，似乎连一袋子盐都没用完。

I also use kenmore, and had a lot of questiions, but later I found their support line is very good, they can instruct you to take readings how much water you used, how frequenct it regenerate, if ...attomatical setting is not suitable, they instructed me to set it differently. You may try to call them.
