For MBA,tuition is not the point for your choice.If it is Top50 in USA,choose it,ignore any Canadian university.

Just checked for you. MBA ranking 2003 was out. Again Canada has 8 business schools among top 100. U Alberta is No. 100. The other two are not in top 100, but I am pretty Concordia was in top 100 in 2002.
