1.21. For academic purpose
Whatever the university you are applying approves, normally it means 中国学校's official English version, sealed.
2. For other purpose
翻译件 must be approved by the authority, , for certainty, why don't get 中国学校's English version, then notarized by a lawyer in Canada.
