工作学习 / 求学深造 / 去哪个学校好呢？现在受到两个offer(CS Master).
一个是Guelph ，但只能保证8000块钱的RA，TA 还要争取。
另一个是SASKATCHEWAN,有全额的奖学金。
大家帮着参谋参谋，就这两种情况而言，我该去哪一个？
另外，那里有加拿大CS的排名

but Guelgh can guarantee $8000that amount can not cover the total cost. Maybe I have to choose others.
