哦,我以为是房东的税和罚金CRA找不到海外房东就找租客替房东付。如果租客可以把租金的一部分付CRA,那没问题。租客利益并没有损失。付房东和付CRA于租客无所谓的。

公平合理👍 挣工资的直接从工资里面扣,挣租金的当然也应该直接从租金里面扣。加拿大房东要交税,外国房东当然也应该交税。
