有些国人才摆脱叫花子的身份吃饱几顿饭就趾高气扬，这里大部分来加拿大的时候还不如叫花子，哪个刚来时候没交一分钱税用的免费医疗，免费ESL，免费儿童服务，免费社区服务？

我猜某人的意思是，打个比方，想象中某新移民一家人一登陆就生了十个娃，然后被诊断出一个要换肾，一个要癌晚期；病榻之上自强不息念ESL，政府派老师到床边施教；然后社区派义工轮番照顾全家。。。这种爆款爆棚的好运气，我相信一般新移民碰不到，不需要高级叫花服务
