因为受不了楼上变态女房东的百般虐待，昨天通知房东月底搬走。本来搬入时已经交了当月及最后一个月的房租，而房东却要我们再交一个月，声称怕我们将东西整坏，故而当初所觉最后一个月的房租权做押金。请问，他的要求合理吗？请各位大虾指点一二！急盼回复！

it's by law country.no one can insult you
if you are strong enough.you no need pay her--if some hard situation happens,just call police to come,they are very supportive you if the landlord ask illegal demands.My greedy landlaord have to give me back before them just after 5 minutes
inspection.and they will get "famous" on that street ,who lose,you see.just being a human being,it's by law country.
