I want to buy my first property in Toronto and as a poor man, it seems thata cheap townhouse (below 200000) is a better choice , but i have a concern about the quietness of the
house. I have been living about 3 different apartment buildings till now and i am always frustrated with
the noise from other tenants because the walls are not enough sound proof. Can i ask the guys who have
been lived in a townhouse, do you have the problem of noise ?

有些TOWN HOUSE跟APARTMENT差不多，有些跟HOUSE相似。你得自己去看。

if you select some townhouse like house. (you don't have somebody living upstair). that's very good. quiet and nice.

还好,有的用砖墙,有的用两呈Dry wall 加隔音才料,我是后一种,戈壁小孩子把声音开到最大时我能阴影月月听到一些重低音.
