我和我的GF将于8月底到多伦多大学读书,我们两个人都有全额奖学金.我们想租一室一厅的房子(apartment),希望在Univ. of Toronto附近,不知道这样的房子要多少钱?另外,我们是到了之后再去租,还是现在托朋友去租?感谢愿意回答我们问题的朋友们!我们第一次来到这个陌生的国度,非常希望得到这里各位的帮助(这里的人看起来都很热情:))

我们在2个月前去那里问过，在校园里，1居室有900/m的，还有1000/m多的。据说，在学院9月份开学后，再寻找空房（avaible for rent），无论价格高低可能都会更加困难。

Available from Sept. 7 to Sept 30 (or later, or even no limit continue depends on the situation).

I think as the student sof UT, you are able to apply for their apartment, my friends are living there, one bed room apartement is around $650/mo. very good price.
