请前辈指点：什么是Jr. 1bedroom？与1bedroom有什么区别？有没有这种房子：单间，约20平米，带独立厨房和卫生间。这种房子应该叫什么？在Toronto的价格是多少？

Jr. means it's smaller than 1 bed room, smaller living room, smaller bed room... What you want is 'bachlor', no living room, just bed room. But the price is very by location.
