请教各位在加的前辈，我打算和别人share一套公寓，是否签和约？如何签？房子是别人租的。刚登陆，不知该如何处理这种问题？担心以后自己的权益没有保护。

sorry, made a mistake. if you are the co-signer of the apartment, you should sign the lease agreement. if just sublease, no need.

和别人share不用签约，只多压一个月房租。如果租户相处的好能省钱。如果两家都有小孩，做饭复杂就不易相处。
