开新贴: 几天看了旧房子,一点不喜欢. 很奇怪,为什末都挤者去买2,30年的旧房子?地方好点?其实有车还怕5-10公里?为什么不去买新房子??新的社区用不了几年就会完善...不少在WOODBIDGE/16街/MAJOR MACANCRY地方的新房,比如SEMI的2层HOUSE, 家庭厅,火炉,LIVING ROOM, 大厨房, 3大卧室3厕,1500多尺,9尺楼高,全新材料,高效设备,大窗户,现代使用设计,空间利用率好.22万. 这样的价格在居住条件日益糟糕的世家包只能买到TOWNHOUSE/小又旧的HOUSE.还有许多要换修的地方.价格24,5万.稍好点的就要26万以上.不明白为什末还要打破头的抢旧房子. 让AGENT在旁边乐?
其实那些卖旧房子的香港人,西人大部分都到北边买新的大的房子住. 把旧的房子卖给新移民.
新房子还有一些优惠政策....

结婚以前就开始办移民。为了移民的事，一直没有买自己的房子，和父母住在一起。也不敢生孩子。看到前辈们已经在加安居乐业了，真是羡慕阿。什么时候也轮到我呢？

In some new communities, there are some groups for old parents. The members came from Singapore, Mainland, Hongkong and Taiwan.They can speak Chinese.
