He is very professional and high efficient. Since he can spean Mandarin, I feel very comfortable as well. I feel very lucky to find out Wu is bad at the very beginning.

update --- 房子算是顺利交接了，可忙坏和吓坏我了！（如果对方不肯成交，麻烦可就大了！）可是，直到现在，我还没曾收到吴刚wbd的任何有关歉意的回电。（我打去电话，他也从来不接！？ ---很奇怪，当时买房子的时候，总能和他本人通上电话？！）
