1. is that wayne state univ? many people live in windsor and study there.2. u don't need multiple entry. u can use your I-94 to re-enter us if u have not left us for more than 30 days (actually, it's not very strict. They don't know how long u have left. But occasionally they may ask fou to provide evidence)
3. I feel living in windsor is easier to get visa. but just feeling.
4. u'll get the same visa no matter where u live. if u live in windsor, they may stamp a 'commute' on your I-94. but I don't think that stamp matters.

I am studying in US and live in Canada, hope it helps 1. F1 visa needs web appointment first as other visa then interview.2. Job offer and bank statement are most important3.F1 has mutiple entries.My I-20 note I am commuting student, so I get M visa.

You should apply F1, type is mutiple entries, M stands for mutiple entries. I-20 form notes I am commuting student,it's helpful to get mutiple visa. so it's better note in your I-20 forms.2 Job offer is employ letter when you got it to start work. I feel that job certificate is ok. Prepare well by the list sent from consulate. Good luck ! after you get visa, post your good news here.
