You can !!!!Lots of people misunderstand that TN visa holder can not apply Green Card. At fact, GC process has nothing to do with your TN or H1, as far as company is willing to sponsor you, it will be fine. Specially thanks to the new PERM program , it will be more more easily for you to apply for GC.

Yes,TN申请绿卡与H1申请绿卡相比无所谓一个比另一个好,TN申请绿卡最重要的是时间要掌握好,最好是找熟悉TN的律师,他比较知道当你进入最后一步的时候,要把时间掌控好,以免影响TN续签

绿卡的批准时间因人而异，律师也无法控制啊。我感觉律师就是骗钱，可能当初办加拿大时上当上怕了。我觉得不如自己办。
