H-1B is so-called temporary worker, that's how US goverment rip off foreigners, don't even think about it. unless you change to other visa type.

Answer: He can open a business but he can not work for the business, unless he obtain a H1B worker visa. He can have multipe H1s at the same time.If he is a Canadian citizen and owns the business he can get an E1 visa for long term working purposes.

he is a Canadian citizen. you means if he got the H1B and H1S visa, He can work for the hospital and at the same time open his clinicl,right?H1B visa is a immigrant visa, if you stay in the state for six years and keep the jot ,you will got the green card.so we dont want another visa ,like E1. thanks

H1 is a non-immigration visa. And it is a system designed to exploit foreign labors.If you have money, open a biz and sponsor youself. Otherwise bow your head and do hard labor for 6 years. Prepare to line up for 6 years.

You can not get E1 visa as a Chinese citizen. E1 is for treaty countries.
