枫下茶话 / 美国话题 / 请教一个问题，去年Christmas和今年new year间去美国玩，回来的时候I94附表忘了交了（在air port也没有人专门收这个），对我下次去美国有什么影响？ 或者现在我应该做什么补救措施？

From my experience. I've never returned my I94's, because I've never found where to return them. So if an I94 is still valid, I'll keep it for future use. If it expires, I will throw it away and get a new one.

of course, but need to get new I94 at entry. The only time I met trouble is when I brought a bag of US-produced fruit (bought in Canada).

Same situation here. Went to States many times (6+), never returned it. Threw it away after expired.

他们自己贯彻就有问题, 据说他们在I94上写交给加方可是自己竟很长时间没给加方打招呼. 反正我被第一个I94折腾惨了. 那个没写失效日期(POS), 加方不要, 领事馆不要, 美国海关也不要,(都在911以后), 让我继续用(签证都换了)我自己知道不对, 最后自己藏起来, 才领到新的.

超过半年了吗？要是还没有现在赶快去交吧。我们上次就是因为没交(已过半年)再次入境的时候的时候被盘问了老半天。幸好海关阿姨很nice，听了我们的解释没有为难我们。

我六月份还给机场的加拿大海关。在terminal 3. 不记得具体在哪，问一下就可以了。只记得把I-94Form给他们之后，他们在上面敲了个章就搞定了。比跑一趟瀑布近多了。

偶从来没交过，都是下次过境的时候，custom的officer主动说偶的i94过期了，然后到房子里交6 dollar，拿张新卡走人，没人盘问。

怎么叫对抗涅？回加拿大的时候海关根本不收，偶也不知道过期之前还去不去米国，等偶想起去的时候就已经过期了，根本不是偶的错嘛。

Canadian officers not always return I94 back to US. US customs officers once complained about it. At last seocnd trip I clearly handed the I94 to the Canada Immigration officer.but 1 month ago when I went to the airport, I was asked how and when I got to Canada last time. The officer, seeing me a nice guy, said - oohh, not a problem and let me in.
You can mail your I94 to a location in Kentucky. Search google for that address. Other places by default do not accept I94 returns.
