In normal case the employee does not need to hire the attorney. The employer needs to hire the attorney for your H1-B visa.

H1要雇主sponsor的, 不管谁找的律师都代表雇主, 关键是律师费和申请费谁出的问题. 不管谁找的律师, 都会负责向双方要文件.
