2。如果我又找到新的工作，我还要回加拿大办TN吗？
3。如果我找到一个公司可以给我办H1, 我可以以TN的身份边工作边等H1吗？

3. Stay in TN as long as possible. You can always convert to H1 from TN. But you can NOT convert to TN from H1. If the company does not sponsor green card and you have H1, you have to leave US in 5(or 6?) yrs.

It is impossible and trust me, don't test it out. You will regret.
