option在fund内部还是经常使用的也应该算是杠杆吧。不同fund有不同的风险，跟牛市熊市没什么关系。风险在牛市积聚，在熊市释放。我们的一位资深顾问开玩笑说他希望熊市持续到现在，我倒是深有同感。

专业人士就应该加强对自己的约束因为别人看你的意见/建议时的信赖程度可能是不一样的。我现在的资格不能支持我对单一股票、option发表任何见解，所以我现在就不能象做这份工作前那样自由评论股票，我也不会那样做了。任何一种投资都是有风险的，包括用来锁定或者减少风险的品种也是这样。对自己不具备资格评论的业务相关事物keep quiet是专业性的保证，right to speech在这里不起作用。这也是相关机构对我们的要求。我觉得应该主动、认真地follow these guidelines，是对自己负责，也是对其他网友负责的表现。
