understood, TN holder can NOT get full time job, it is must be a temp job in your offer letter or you can not get visa

That's a temporary full time job. TN Visa and H1B visa are both temporary visa. Until the company is willing to sponsor your immigration, what you have is temporary.

If you are a US citizen/PR, the gov't cannot kick you out. If you are a TN1/H1B visa holder, the gov't WILL kick you out. Get it?

Listen to happybird123. The contract wording you get better specify that this is a temporary job. Otherwise you won't get the TN visa.

事实没那么严重。没有让HR另外起草专门给VO看得信也可以过。但是如果以前没拿过TN，这次还是让HR专门准备一个特别针对TN要求的聘书为好。

楼主说的permanent full-time应该是跟contract相对雇佣方式, permanent仅指不用到期renew合同. 在加拿大和美国工作过的人都明白的. TN不知道, 申请H1B必须是Full time, contract不是绝对不行, 但permanent肯定更好.
