枫下茶话 / 美国话题 / 请问：有没有人在pearson机场通过pre-qualification程序以后拿到了approval letter，但是到登机的时候又没有拿到TN的？另外，听说在彩虹桥办TN可以自己选择officer，是这样吗？谢谢！

Just go and apply for the damn thing. It takes you less than 20min and it's so easy to get approved. I'm wondering whether you can even survive by yourself in the US if you can't do simply thing like this.

pre-qualification是不当时批给TN的。我再重复一遍我的问题：有没有人在pre-qualification以后又没拿到TN的。凡事考虑周全一些严谨一些，多问问多想想，有什么错吗？这和survive的能力有什么关系？

谢谢，我也希望能顺利过关。给我offer的那家公司比较大，reputation不错，他们的律师告诉我说不会有问题的，他们已经办过好几次了。但是，还是有点紧张，想把每个细节都想周全了，有备而无患。

我的同学，也是我这个公司的，他在申请H1的时候，就是在被check了公司的记录以后批准的。另外一个美国公司也说可以给我办TN，但是他们小公司，没有律师可以咨询，我就没敢答应。

律师信不是签TN的必备,还有H1和TN对公司的要求不可混为一谈,你签完了就明白了,别人说什么也没用.你好象有些过度担心了.很简单的事叫你说的好想很了不得.
