One can go to Rainbow Bridge and take the TN visa, then go back immediately right? So no need to quit the job in Canada before actually get the TN. Thanks for sharing your experience.

Yes. You should quit AFTER you got TN Visa. That was what I did.

Rainbow Bridge is the most difficult site for TN. Avoid it. Peace bridge is better. I brought 1.Passport 2. US Company's letter . 3. Degree Evaluation. Thsoe are mandatory. Others are option.
