不清楚，不过找律师也没什么用，你这种情况就是要么说谎，要么干等，要么申请H/L类签证。移民倾向太严重。

1. 找美国工作，申请H1-B签证。H1-B签证允许有移民倾向。2. 跟老公离婚，这样你就没有移民倾向了。等老公拿到美国公民后再与老公复婚。（歪主意。）3. 等老公拿到美国公民后为你申请有条件绿卡。

You might want to try K visa for fiancee. This catagory is relatively new.

K visa might still help you. Around 2000, the US congress passed amendment so GC holder could bring their spouse in to wait for GC. The action was considered long overdue.
