是公司自己的律师办的。用了一个月的时间。 因为是几年以前办的， 当时要注意的的地方可能对你现在没有什么意义。

If still working for the same old company, then I do NOT need to transfer H1B.....Thanks anyway...

i mean you are still working for the old company while your h1b transfer is in process, i.e. no gaps in employment. Understand?
