枫下茶话 / 美国话题 / 急问：加拿大的incorporation 有没有 R OR C CORP 的区别？。有一个US offer. 被要求open R OR C CORP. 只查到Provicial and Federal incorporation in CANADA. Thank you all in advance!

这个要查美国的公司法, 我只知道c corp类似于加拿大的incorporation. 问题是对方公司愿不愿意跟外国公司签约, 签了之后你能不能在当地的注册... 很麻烦的, 人家一定以为你是美国人了.

Thanks you my friends for your kind responses. (I could not type chinese at this time)+ contentsI have been told by the agent Canadian incorporation would be ok for me.BTW, not sure if everybody knows about the letter in order for me to apply TN1. (that company is not sure about content in the letter.
