枫下茶话 / 美国话题 / Can TN visa be changed within two weeks?I got a question for experienced TN visa holders and who are interested. I came to US with a TN visa, which is designated for one company. However, at the time I started this job, I was seriously considering another offer. Just in case, if I finally decide to switch jobs, do I have to get a new TN visa? Or just change the current company on the visa? If I have to change, will it be a problem to change it shortly after I got the first one? Any insight is much appreciated.

TN原本就是发给临时工作的签证，感觉上应该没问题的。我LG10月14日申请了一个TN, 11月8日去签了另一个公司的。

Thanks everyone. I made the decision not to change job, to save the potential trouble. Besides, I also kinda like the current one.

One person can have multiple TN, as i know no limit,So normally for the second job you can ask the offer company give you the document for the new TN. After you got that new TN then you can resign from the previous company and inform the US immigration officer to delete the first TN
