我申请H1B时也需要认证，只不过是公司的律师帮我做了，所以我只提交给律师盖章的翻译和成绩单。

从State Department网站上看到，专业工程师证书可以替代学历证书。不知哪位有此经验。打算过节后就去试一把。听说学历评估很费时费力。
