翻看老贴，有人说h4仅有三个月。我觉得不太可能吧，如果时间这么短，b1/b2不就可以了吗？另外谁知道toronto的签证要不要等很长时间呢？现在排队到什么时候了？

3 month H4 means the visa itself is valid only for 3 month, i.e. you need to entered the US within 3 month. When you enter they will give you an I94 valid for the same period as your H1 (usually around 3 years)
