可以在过边境时在海关凭签证拿一张表，也可以在目的地附近的海关凭签证拿这张表，凭海关表格在当地上牌照。加拿大驾照不用注销。如果是加拿大标准的车（即使是美国车），需要制造商出具的信函，证明该车符合美国标准。

You can get the manufacturer contact info from the dealer, but the dealer itself will not provide the letter.
