Yes, you can. I am doing the same thing. the truth is I will go to Montreal to apply for TD too.There is nowhere for me to find TD application on line. you have to call the US consulate to ask them for application checklist. most important is two things: one is your husband's employment letter and paycheck if possible; second is the tie between you two, i.e. marriage certificate. hope it helps.

you should get that list from US consulate after you booked the TD interview appointment. Here are what you need to prepare: 1. copy of TN I-94, 2. TN holder's employment letter 3. marriage certificate.

他们只看I-94的复印件和结婚证。我们带了中国的结婚证和在中国做的公证（以前办移民时候用的，有英文翻译），不过他只要了中国的结婚证，还煞有介事看了十几秒钟，不知道他是真看得懂，还是装的。我们在多伦多签的。
