Just know the buying price of a house is quite cheap in Dallas(170K for 3 bds house etc.), logically the rental should be cheap too.

德州是个好地方，房子很大很便宜。没有汽油税，忘了是没有州所得税还是消费税了。反正税(在全美国比)很低。Dallas有龙卷风(和多伦多一样)，Huston有台风和硫磺味，Austin是新的发展中城市。Dallas冬天下一到两场即化的小雪。Huston大致比广州干爽一点。

as i remembered no state income tax (you will still need to pay federal income tax). cannot remember for the sales tax though.
