为什么不可以? 你的H1 是10月才生效, 10月之前你还是TN, 既然是TN 那为什么不可回加拿大?

Sorry. Question should be: 申请H1B期间回加拿大待一个星期, 再回美国的时候又被拒入境的危险吗?

公司HR说不能，说有可能回来时有麻烦。但是我４月以后需要回加拿大呆几天。。。有人有类似经验吗？

理论上讲, 你的HR说的没错， ＂可能回来时有麻烦＂， 只要你不是GC是TN, 任何时候美国都有可能说你有移民倾向而拒绝你入境, HR 当然越少麻烦越好, 问题是我觉得这只是万分之一的可能, 为什么你要顾虑会发生在你身上?

If I understand it correctly, you are essentially sayingthat his/her H1B application has nothing to do with the possibilty that he/she can reenter the US with TN visa. I'm actually in a similar situation. I will apply for TN in May, and my future empolyer will submit my H1B application in April. I'm worrying about if I will be able to get my TN visa. Do you think it is a good idea tha I get my TN first before I submit H1B application? Thanks

Ok, my problem was solved. Thanks for your help... Lawer got back to me saying that after getting the H1B approvel (in 15 days), there should be no problem for me to travel on TN.

I think there is no H1B quote available till Oct, how could you get approval in 15 days?

NIS will start processing H1B in April, less than 15 work days from now. :)
