枫下茶话 / 美国话题 / TN 签证：TN 签证： 想问一下，加公民，人在美国，如果拿到offer, 可以直接到边境，签完，拿到TN签证就折回美国来吗？一个朋友说不可以， 是真的吗？ 好像没有理由呀。 是不能在当天折回来，还是不能当时就折回来，必须在加境内转一会，再折回来？

加公民，人在美国，如果拿到offer, 可以先出美国境（在加境内转一会），拿到TN签证就折回美国。可以在当天折回来（先出美国境）。

Noboday says TN holder can not go back to Canada. You just aplly your TN, then come back. Don't ask the officer if you can com back when you are applying TN.

Do you guys know what kind of questions the US customs officer or the TN application form will ask?Do you have to have some kind social tie with Canada besides you are a Canadian citizen for you to qualify TN. For instance, in order to show non-immigrant intent, do I have to have my family members or property in Canada?
