i believe engineer title are more easy to get the TN visa. And you can have you company just give you the test engineer title plus metion what kind of system you test just roughly but should be looked complex.I am the test engineer with TN and at that time TN officer just verified my degress( I have canadioan master) and a couple question of previous job ( this should be match what on your resume and you should told him very clearly without hesitate) .Be confident. Then just got the TN

Cool. Thanks a lot. It's difficult to ask more from employer except offer letter. In your experience, offer letter is enough?

完全没问题. 好几个朋友都是的. 不过你好象不能强求公司给你个"Computer Systems Analyst' title, 很多公司根本就没这个title.The right way is to put it in the letter to the visa officer:
This letter is written in support of the application of Mr. XXX, a Canadian citizen, for admission to the U.S. in the TN category as a Computer System Analyst.
.....
Mr. XXX will be employed full-time as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer, and will receive an annual salary of $xx,xxx..
