TN much better than h1b.the problem for you is Even you get your h1b now ,you still need to wait untill October and then yu can star your work

Thanks for your reply. But the american agent told me that if Iapply for a tn visa, I can not get an American Green Card and if Iapply for a h1b visa, they will help me to get an American Green Card.

But Tn ,you can change job at any time,h1bis not easy.Plus they may give you low salary ,but you have to work for them,untill you get your green card....
