CIBC dividend, no annual fee. UP to 1% money back at year end. Royal Bank Classic II, $10/yr, 1% money back in a form of certificate. I'm holding Royal Bank Classic II, got 110 dollars back.

Definately, if you pay your bill on time, you won't be charged interest. And you are getting 1% back. I spent 11000 on my card on everything for the past 2 years. and get 110 back.

You can apply for a few card. like this reward card for your normal purchase, and a gold card and use it to rent a car. I used to have 5 credit cards, now cut down to 3.

一下都无年非:
1. Costco 的AmercanExpress, 有Upto 2%的回扣
2。Canadian Tire 的 Master Card, 有Canadian Money回扣

Don't apply for American Express!! Some vendors in Canada still doesn't accept it. And almsot no vendor in China accept American Express. Mastercard is okay.

I do suggest you apply your card in a big bank, so you can use online banking to view the history and balance of your card. Place like Canadian Tire only has telephone banking or so, no online banking.
