ONTARIO省买房时候的CLOSING COST有哪些部分? 12万左右的房子大概要交多少费用? 我的LAWYER告诉我要$2200 (OTTAWA),是不是太贵了?

1: Laywer fee: maximun=500 2. Land transfer: $900 is normal and it is only for first-time buyer 3. Misc: 750 is too too much. Maximum is around $400 and your lawyer should give a list for misc.

2) Land Transfer Fee: $0~55k 0.005*55k=275$; $55k~120k 0.01*65k=650$. Therefore, 275+650=925$

3)Misc: includes Ajustment 。其中的内容不一定跟别人相同的。比如说，你的房子暖气是用oil的, vendor left you a full tank, you'll pay it. For 750$, I'll say it's normal.
