Please explain the meanings of some words in Rental ads: inclusive, 3 appliances, etc... Thanks in advance.I plan to land and begin to hunt for an apartment to live in. I don't understand meaning of the ad words.
"Renovated 2 bedroom basement apartment. Seperate entrance, utilities, parking, cable. $850!!" ---Does it means that I don't need to pay the electricity, water, sewage, heating, parking and cable?

inclusive费用包括（水费电费等），3appliances一般是炉台/烤箱冰箱renovated一般是刚装修过的seperate entrance分门出入（跟房东不走一个门）一般没说的就是不包，最好打电话问一下
